Box dividers, also called partitions, create compartments within your packaging. This lets you securely separate and organize multiple products in a single box. Whether you’re dealing with fragile items or lightweight snacks, dividers can be crafted from corrugated cardboard for superior protection or made from lightweight paperboard for smaller items. Customization ensures a perfect fit, keeping your products safe and beautifully presented throughout the unboxing experience.

Dividers & Partitions
One Piece Box Dividers
Made from a single sheet of paper or corrugated material. They fold to create compartments, ideal for organizing items in a single row or those with various sizes.
Partitions constructed from separate pieces of cardboard or paper connected to form compartments. They excel at creating compartments of equal size that can span multiple rows.

Corrugated Materials
Corrugated material (identified by their wavy cardboard lines) offer enhanced strength and durability. These corrugated dividers are commonly chosen for weighty, delicate, or shipping-bound items requiring additional buffering and safety.
E-flute
Frequently chosen, it features a flute thickness ranging from 1.2 to 2mm.
B-flute
Perfect for bulky boxes and weighty objects, offering a flute thickness between 2.5 and 3mm.
Designs are printed onto these primary materials before being affixed to the corrugated board. All utilized materials are composed of no less than 50% post-consumer content (recycled materials).
White

Brown kraft
Unbleached brown paper, perfect for black or white printing only.
Non-corrugated Materials
Paper-based box dividers and partitions, not featuring corrugation, are generally employed for items that are light and not delicate. These dividers, with a typical thickness of 300-400gsm, comprise a minimum of 50% post-consumer content (recycled materials).
White
High-quality printing results from using Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS) paper.
Brown kraft

Lamination
While a plastic coated layer offers protection against cracks and tears, it is not an eco-friendly option.
