Why Choose Custom Candle Packaging Boxes
Made to fit
Jars, tins, pillars and tealights are all different. Every box is made to your size, with inserts that hold the candle in place.
Your brand, lit well
Print your logo and scent story, choose a matte, glossy, satin or soft touch finish, and add a window to show the candle.
Materials and strength
Paperboard for light candles, rigid for luxury, and corrugated for shipping, with print coatings for protection.
Low minimums
Most styles start at 50 or 100 units, and rigid boxes and tubes have a low minimum, so a small batch maker can order custom boxes.
Materials, Printing and Finishes
Paperboard comes in thicknesses from 300 to 400 gsm depending on size. Rigid boxes are thicker, and corrugated board, with its wavy flute layer, adds strength for shipping. White SBS paperboard gives high-quality print; brown kraft suits black or white printing.
Print in CMYK, the most common and budget-friendly option, or Pantone for accurate brand colors. Protect the print with a water-based varnish or lamination, then choose matte, glossy, satin or soft touch.
Tell us the weight of your candle when you request a quote. Glass jars are heavy, and the right box and insert depend on how it will travel.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which box style suits candles?
Small, light candles fit a tuck box, and luxury candles suit a rigid box. Tray and sleeve boxes suit gifts, tubes suit tall and pillar candles, and display and window boxes suit retail shelves. Browse the candle box styles above, or tell us what you pour and we will recommend one.
How do I size a box for a candle jar?
Measure the jar at its tallest point including the lid, and at its widest point, in the order length, width, height. Our measuring guide shows which side is which, and a structural sample lets you test the fit.
How do I protect a heavy glass candle in the post?
Use a corrugated mailer box or shipping box with box inserts so the jar cannot move. Tell us the weight when you request a quote so we can suggest the right board.
Can I add a window?
Yes. Window boxes show candle details and can be used with various box styles. Tell us the size and position and we will show it on the dieline for you to approve.
Can I print scent names and warnings?
You can print any text and artwork you supply, or use stickers and labels for scents, batch details and burn guidance. Candle labeling rules differ by country and state, so check the requirements for your area.
Can I change the box for each season?
Yes. Many brands keep one plain or brand-color box all year and add seasonal touches with a printed packaging sleeve, a sticker or a card. See our guide to seasonal packaging without reprinting boxes.
