Why Choose Custom Toys and Games Boxes
Made to fit
Cards, blocks and board game parts each need a different box. Every box is made to your dimensions, with inserts that hold pieces in place.
Shelf impact
Add a window to show the toy, and print vivid color and artwork in CMYK or Pantone, with matte, glossy, satin or soft touch finishes.
Materials and coatings
White SBS paperboard or brown kraft, plus varnish or lamination to protect the print from handling.
Low minimums
Most styles start at 100 units, so a new toy or a small-batch game does not need a large run.
Materials, Printing and Finishes
Tuck end cartons are made from white SBS paperboard or brown kraft board, in 300 to 400 gsm thicknesses depending on size. They can include windows, hang tabs and hangers for retail display.
Print in CMYK for bold artwork or Pantone to match brand colors, then add varnish or lamination for durability. Rigid boxes suit premium games and collectibles.
Share the size and weight of your product when you request a quote, and we will suggest the style and board.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which box suits toys, games and puzzles?
Card games and small toys fit a tuck end carton with a hang tab, building sets suit a window carton, board games suit a lid and base rigid box, kits suit a tray and sleeve, and online orders suit a mailer. Tell us what you sell and we will recommend one.
How do I size a box for a game or toy?
Measure the product, or all the parts as they will be packed, in the order length, width, height. Our measuring guide shows which side is which, and a structural sample lets you test the fit.
Can I add a window and a hang tab?
Yes. Window cutouts and hang tabs are available on custom cartons. Tell us the size and position and we will show it on the dieline for you to approve.
How do I keep parts from rattling?
Use box inserts and dividers to give each part its own space.
Do you add safety warnings and age labels?
We print the artwork and text you supply. Toy safety, age grading and warning rules differ by country and state, so check the requirements for your market and include the required text in your artwork.
Can I run a small first order?
Most styles start at 100 units, and rigid boxes start at 50, so you can start small and reorder as you grow. The minimum for each style is on its product page.
