Materials, Printing and Finishes

Custom mailer boxes are one-piece corrugated boxes with an attached lid and tuck closure, designed for shipping, subscriptions, gifts and retail presentation. E-flute (1.2 to 2 mm) is a frequently chosen option, and B-flute (2.5 to 3 mm) suits bulkier or heavier items.

Print in CMYK on the outside, the inside or both, then protect the print with a water-based varnish or lamination. Shipping boxes, which need packing tape, suit heavier loads.
