Materials, Printing and Finishes

Folding cartons and pillow boxes are made from white SBS paperboard or brown kraft board, in thicknesses from 300 to 400 gsm depending on size. Rigid boxes are thicker and suit premium lines, and corrugated mailers add strength for shipping.

Print in CMYK for full-color artwork or Pantone for exact brand colors, then protect the print with a water-based varnish or lamination. Finishes include matte, glossy, satin and soft touch. Die cuts and window cuts are available.

How do I size a box for hair?

Measure the bundle or wig as it will be packed, in the order length, width, height, using the longest piece you sell. Our measuring guide shows which side is which, and a structural sample lets you test the fit before you order.

Can I add a window to show the hair?

Yes. Window cuts are available, so customers can see the color and texture. Tell us the size and position and we will show it on the dieline for you to approve.

How do I keep the hair flat and tidy?

Use box inserts shaped to your bundle or wig so it stays in place. Tell us the lengths when you request a quote.

Can I ship hair in your boxes?

Corrugated mailer boxes are made for shipping and can be printed inside and out. Tell us the weight of an order when you request a quote so we can suggest the right board.
