Materials, Printing and Finishes

Paperboard comes in thicknesses from 300 to 400 gsm depending on size. Rigid boxes are thicker, and corrugated board adds strength for shipping. White SBS paperboard gives high-quality print; brown kraft suits a natural look with black or white printing.

Print in CMYK for full-color artwork or Pantone for exact brand colors. Choose a water-based varnish (less protective) or lamination (a plastic layer that protects against cracks and tears), then a matte, glossy, satin or soft touch finish.

If your bombs contain oils, glitter or dyes, tell us when you request a quote so we can suggest the right coating and box.
