All our products are custom produced to the specifications provided by the client. For this reason, we are unable to allow refunds or returns on any orders that have entered the manufacturing process.

| Concerns with quality, quantity received, or other issues | Immediately upon identifying the issue, but no later than 14 calendar days (2 weeks) of receiving the order. Clear photos of the issues will assist in quicker resolution. |
Customers can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide the appropriate return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for packaging, arranging, and covering all return shipping costs.
