PR Packaging Boxes
Boxes and Mailers for Unboxing and Shipping
A PR box is a branded box you send to press, influencers and customers, so the first impression is the unboxing. We make the boxes for PR and influencer mailers, press kits and product launches, and the inserts, cards and stickers that go inside. Pick a box type, then request a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a PR box?
A PR box is a branded box you send to press, influencers or customers, usually with your product and a few extras inside, so that opening it is part of the first impression. We make the box and the items that go inside it, printed with your brand.
Which box type is best for a PR mailer?
It depends on how the box is sent and how you want it opened. Mailer boxes are designed for shipping, subscription boxes and gifts. Rigid boxes suit high-end products, tray and sleeve boxes give a slide-open reveal, and foldable two piece boxes ship flat. The guide above matches each need to a box type, and we confirm the best fit with your quote.
What is the minimum order quantity for PR packaging boxes?
Each box type has its own minimum. Rigid boxes start from 50 units, and mailer, tray and sleeve and foldable two piece boxes start from 100 units. Cards and stickers and labels start from 500 units. The box type pages show starting prices per unit, and the final price depends on the size, quantity, material, printing and finishes. Quotes include shipping.
Can I include inserts, cards and stickers in a PR box?
Yes. We make custom box inserts, packaging sleeves, stickers and labels, cards and tissue paper, so you can order the box and the items inside it together. Tell us what goes in the box when you request a quote.
Can I order a sample before a full order?
Yes. The Standard Sample Kit holds different packaging samples, mostly chosen to match your niche or packaging type. You can also order a structural sample, an unprinted prototype that shows the size and form of your box. The kit may not include rigid boxes or boxes that ship assembled: ask us about rigid samples. See the samples page for every sample type.
How long does it take to get PR packaging boxes?
Production at PacksDo usually takes 5–7 working days, and 16–21 working days for larger orders. It starts once your artwork is approved and payment is received. Delivery usually takes another 4–5 working days, depending on the carrier and your location, so a typical order arrives in about 2 weeks and larger orders take longer. See the turnaround guide.
