Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

PacksDo is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we keep it safe.

Information Collected

We collect information when you use our website or ask us for a quote or an order, including:

• Quote requests: name, email, company, phone number, your message, the products and quantities you choose, and any artwork files you upload.
• Order details: name, email, phone number and shipping address.
• Billing: billing address, when you place an order. This website never collects card numbers. After you approve a quote, payment is arranged with you directly, for example by invoice, payment link, PayPal or bank transfer.
• Technical: IP address, browser type and device information.
• Location: when you send a request, we note the approximate country, state and city of your connection, so we can answer you better and spot spam. We do not save your IP address with the request.
• Usage: pages visited, products viewed and features used.

Information Usage

We use your information to:

• Answer your quote requests and deliver custom packaging services
• Process orders and communicate with you about them
• Improve the website and personalize your experience
• Send promotional emails or newsletters (with your consent)

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential ones keep the site working, for example by remembering the products on your quote list on your own device. Your quote list stays on your device until you send a request.

We also measure how the site is used. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies that follow you from site to site. We may also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which shows us anonymous recordings of clicks and scrolling, so we can find parts of the site that are hard to use) and Google advertising tags to measure how our ads perform. These tools may set cookies and collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before they run.

When you download a dieline template, we count the download for that template together with your country and state. We do not save your name, email address, IP address or city for this count.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, although your quote list may not be remembered. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Information Protection

We employ industry-standard measures to safeguard your information, including:

• Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for data transmission
• Limiting access to authorized personnel

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. However, we may share it with:

• Service providers that help us run this website and answer your requests, such as hosting, database and email providers, shipping carriers and, when you pay through a payment link, payment providers and banks
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

Accessing or Deleting Your Information

You have the right to:

• Access and rectify your personal information
• Request its deletion by contacting us at info@packsdo.com

Please note that we may retain certain information for legal or business purposes.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in practices or laws. The date at the top shows when it was last updated, and we encourage periodic reviews to stay informed.
