Why Choose Custom Supplement and Vitamin Boxes
Made to fit
Bottles, sachets and stick packs need different cartons. Every box is made to your dimensions, with inserts that hold bottles upright.
Room for the facts
Cartons have flat panels for your logo, directions and supplement facts, printed in CMYK or Pantone on white paperboard or kraft.
Materials and coatings
White SBS paperboard or brown kraft, plus varnish or lamination to protect the print.
Low minimums
Most styles start at 100 units, so a new formula or a limited run does not need a large order.
Materials, Printing and Finishes
Folding cartons are made from white SBS paperboard or brown kraft board. White gives crisp print for small type, while kraft gives a natural look with black or white printing.
Print in CMYK or Pantone, then protect the print with a water-based varnish or lamination. Finishes include matte, glossy, satin and soft touch.
Share the bottle size or sachet count when you request a quote, and we will suggest carton sizes and inserts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which box suits vitamins, sachets and gummies?
Bottles and gummy jars fit a printed folding carton. Sachets and stick packs suit a pillow box, blister cards and protein bars suit a tuck end carton, and subscriptions suit a mailer. Tell us what you sell and we will recommend one.
How do I size a carton for a bottle or sachets?
For a bottle, measure its tallest and widest points including the cap. For sachets, stack them as they will sit and measure the stack. Send length, width and height in that order. Our measuring guide shows which side is which, and a structural sample lets you test the fit.
Do you add the supplement facts and regulatory text?
We print the artwork and text you supply. Supplement labeling rules differ by country and state, so check the requirements for your market, and have your content reviewed before you send it for printing.
Can I update lot numbers and expiry dates?
Use stickers and labels for information that changes, so you do not need to reprint the carton.
Can the carton touch the product directly?
Tell us how the product is packed when you request a quote, for example in a bottle, a sachet or loose. Food- and product-contact suitability depends on the materials and coatings used, so we confirm the right options with you before production.
Can I run a small first order?
Most styles start at 100 units, so you can start small and reorder as you grow. The minimum for each style is on its product page.
