Why Choose Custom Pet Food and Treat Boxes
Made to fit
Treats, supplements and toys each need a different box. Every box is made to your dimensions, with inserts and dividers for sets.
Brand personality
Print playful illustration, photography and your logo in CMYK or Pantone, with matte, glossy, satin or soft touch finishes.
Materials and coatings
White SBS paperboard or brown kraft, plus varnish or lamination to protect the print.
Low minimums
Most styles start at 100 units, so a new treat or a seasonal range does not need a large run.
Materials, Printing and Finishes
Folding cartons are made from white SBS paperboard or brown kraft board. White suits colorful artwork and photography, and kraft suits a natural, wholesome look.
Print in CMYK or Pantone, then protect the print with varnish or lamination. For shipping, corrugated mailers add strength.
If the box will touch the product directly, tell us when you request a quote so we can confirm the right materials and coatings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which box suits pet treats, food and toys?
Treats fit a printed folding carton, with a window if you want owners to see them. Supplements and toys suit a tuck end carton with a hang tab, samples suit a pillow box, gift sets suit a tray and sleeve, and subscriptions suit a mailer. Tell us what you sell and we will recommend one.
How do I size a box for treats?
Measure the product, or the pouch or tray, at its longest, widest and tallest points, in that order. Our measuring guide shows which side is which, and a structural sample lets you test the fit.
Can the box touch the treats directly?
Tell us how the treats are packed when you request a quote. Food-contact suitability depends on the materials and coatings used, so we confirm the right options with you before production.
Can I add a window?
Yes. Window cutouts are available on custom boxes, so owners can see the treats. Tell us the size and position and we will show it on the dieline for you to approve.
Can I print ingredients and feeding guides?
You can print any text and artwork you supply, or use stickers and labels for flavors and batch details. Pet food labeling rules differ by country and state, so check the requirements for your market.
Can I send subscription boxes?
Corrugated mailer boxes are made for shipping and can be printed inside and out. Inserts hold items in place.
