Why Choose Custom Coffee and Tea Boxes
Made to fit
Pods, tea bags, drip bags and gift tins all have different dimensions. Every box is made to yours, with inserts to hold sachets or tins in place.
A brand people recognize
Print your logo, origin story and tasting notes in CMYK or Pantone, on white paperboard or natural kraft.
Materials and coatings
White SBS paperboard or brown kraft, plus varnish or lamination to protect the print from handling.
Low minimums
Most styles start at 100 units, and cardboard tubes start at 50, so small roasters and tea blenders can order custom packaging.
Materials, Printing and Finishes
Cartons are made from white SBS paperboard or brown kraft board. Kraft gives coffee and tea an earthy, natural look with black or white printing, while white board suits full-color artwork.
Print in CMYK or Pantone, then protect the print with a water-based varnish or lamination. Finishes include matte, glossy, satin and soft touch.
If the carton will hold loose product that touches the board, tell us when you request a quote so we can confirm suitable materials and coatings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which box suits coffee pods, tea bags and drip bags?
Pods and tea bags fit a printed folding carton made to the size of the product, and slim drip bags fit a pillow box or a flat carton. Loose leaf and ground coffee suit a cardboard tube, and gift sets suit a tray and sleeve box. Tell us what you sell and we will recommend one.
How do I size a carton for pods or tea bags?
Stack or arrange the product exactly as it will sit in the box, then measure the length, width and height of the whole group, in that order. Our measuring guide shows which side is which, and a structural sample lets you test the fit before you order.
Can I print tasting notes and brewing instructions?
Yes. Print your logo, origin story, tasting notes and brewing steps on the outside, and on the inside for many styles. Use stickers and labels for details that change, such as roast dates, flavors or batch numbers.
Can I add a window to show the product?
Yes. Window cutouts are available on custom boxes, so customers can see the tea bags or pods inside. Tell us the size and position and we will show it on the dieline for you to approve.
Do you make tubes for loose leaf tea and ground coffee?
Yes. Cardboard tubes start at 50 units, can be printed with your brand, and suit loose products. Tell us the diameter and height you need.
Can I send coffee and tea subscriptions in your boxes?
Corrugated mailer boxes are made for shipping and can be printed inside and out, which makes the unboxing part of the brand. Inserts hold bags and tins in place.
