Our team of custom packaging experts is ready to assist you with any questions or needs you may have.
How long does production take?
Production at PacksDo usually takes 5–7 working days. It starts once your artwork is approved and payment is received. Larger or more complex orders can take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote. Delivery time is added on top: see the turn around time guide. If you need it faster, read about rush orders.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Minimums are 50, 100 or 500 units for most products, and lower for rigid boxes, and each product page shows its own. Browse our packaging to see them.
How do I get a quote?
Send your request on the quote page, or call or email us. Our sales team answers within 1 business day. Getting a quote shows every way to reach us.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. Every quote price includes shipping. Delivery usually takes 4–5 working days after production, depending on the carrier and your location, and we share the estimate with your quote: see the shipping policy.

Do you offer free design support?
Yes. Free artwork and design assistance are included with your quote, and you approve the layout and artwork before production begins.
Can I get a sample before I order?
Yes. You can order the Standard Sample Kit or single samples such as a digital print proof (from $29), a structural sample or a pre-production sample. The cost of a sample is credited toward larger orders: see samples for each one.
Where can I get a dieline for my box?
Use the free dieline templates: enter your size and download a PDF, SVG or DXF file. For a custom shape we draw the dieline for you. See packaging dieline.
How do I measure my product for a box?
Measure the longest, widest and tallest points of the product, in that order: length, width, depth, and allow a little room if it must slide in and out. Our measuring guide shows which side is which.
