How Ordering Works
How do I place an order?
Ordering custom packaging takes four steps. You do not pay anything to get a quote, and you can ask questions at every step. Here is what happens, what to have ready and roughly how long each part takes.
1. Share your requirements
Send us your product dimensions or box size, preferred style, quantity, delivery location and artwork. Use the quote form, or contact us by phone or email: see getting a quote.
Not sure of every detail? That is fine. Tell us what you are packing and what you have so far, and we will help with the rest. These are the things that help us most:
- What the product is, and its size. If you are not sure how to measure it, see measuring box dimensions.
- The box style you have in mind, or a product page you like.
- How many units you need. Each product page shows its own minimum: see minimum order quantities.
- Where the order should be delivered.
- Your artwork, if you already have it. You can attach up to 5 files of 20 MB each in the quote form.
2. Review your quote
We prepare pricing based on the size, material, printing, finishing and quantity, and reply within 1 business day. No payment is needed to request a quote, and your quote includes shipping. For what moves the price, see how pricing works.
3. Approve the dieline and artwork
You review the layout and artwork before production begins. Free design support is included, and you can see a 3D preview of your design. Nothing goes to print until you approve it: see artwork and proofs.
4. Payment, production and delivery
After you approve the quote, we send an invoice or payment link (PayPal is accepted), or bank transfer details. Production starts once payment is received and your artwork is approved. It usually takes 5–7 working days, and your order is then shipped to your address. Larger or more complex orders can take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote. See turn around time.
A rough timeline
- Quote: we reply within 1 business day.
- Dieline and artwork: depends on how quickly you review and approve. Approving early gives your order the best start.
- Production: 5–7 working days. Larger or more complex orders can take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote.
- Shipping preparation: after quality checks, collection and loading can take 1 to 5 days.
- Delivery: depends on the carrier and your location. We share an estimate with your quote.
