How do I get a quote?

Asking for a quote is free, and it does not commit you to an order. Send us a few details about what you need, and we reply within 1 business day with a price that includes shipping. There are three ways to start.

Browse our product catalog to find the packaging that meets your requirements. Specify any details about your order and review your selections before submitting.

Your quote includes shipping. After you approve it, we send an invoice or payment link (PayPal is accepted), or bank transfer details, and production starts once payment is received and your artwork is approved.

What to have ready

You do not need everything on this list to ask for a quote. The more you tell us, the more exact your quote will be.

• The product: the type of packaging you want, such as tuck boxes, mailer boxes or paper bags.
• The size: the length, width and height of your product or of the box. See how to measure.
• The quantity: how many you need. Minimums are 50, 100 or 500 units for most products, and lower for rigid boxes, depending on the product.
• The material and finish, if you have a preference, such as kraft or white board, matte or glossy, foil stamping, embossing or spot UV.
• The printing: for example CMYK or Pantone, and whether the print is on the outside, the inside or both.
• Your artwork, if you have it. You can attach up to 5 files of 20 MB each to the quote form. If your artwork is not ready, tell us. We offer free design support.
• Your deadline, if you have one.

What happens after you send your request

• We review your request and may ask a few questions about the size, material or print.
• We reply within 1 business day with your quote. The price includes shipping.
• You approve the quote.
• We send an invoice or payment link (PayPal is accepted), or bank transfer details.
• You approve your artwork and the proof, and we confirm the final dieline with you.
• Production starts once your artwork is approved and payment is received. See turn around time.

What affects your price

The price depends on the quantity, the size, the material, the printing and the finishes. It falls as the quantity grows. A starting price on a product page is only a starting point. Your quote shows the price for your exact choices. Shipping is included within the United States and Canada. Taxes, import duties and remote-area surcharges are not included. Outside the United States and Canada, the shipping cost is shown in your quote.

Common mistakes

• Leaving out the quantity. Price changes a lot with volume, so a number helps us give you a real price.
• Giving a size without saying whether it is the product size or the box size.
• Asking for a price on a product without telling us the material or finish you want.
• Waiting to mention your deadline until after the quote.
