Custom mailer bags, also called poly mailers, are lightweight, durable and customizable shipping bags made of polyethylene. They are often used to ship clothing, accessories, documents and other non-fragile items.

Standard poly mailers are for non-fragile goods like clothing and books. For fragile or valuable items, a padded bubble poly mailer adds a layer of cushioning. For heavier items, a hard shell bubble mailer is thicker and more robust.

Yes. Poly mailers have self-sealing adhesive strips, so you do not need tape or staples. Some include dual adhesive strips for resealing, which helps with returns.

Production usually takes 5–7 working days, and 16–21 working days for larger orders. It starts once your artwork is approved and payment is received. Delivery usually takes another 4–5 working days, depending on the carrier and your location, so a typical order arrives in about 2 weeks and larger orders take longer. See the turnaround guide.
