Why Choose Custom Apparel Boxes
Made to fit
T-shirts, hoodies and accessories need different sizes. Every box is made to your folded dimensions, so garments do not slide around or need extra filler.
A better unboxing
Mailer boxes can be printed inside and out, so the moment the lid opens is part of your brand. Add a printed card or sticker to finish it.
Materials and strength
One-piece corrugated mailers in E-flute or B-flute, in white or kraft.
Low minimums
Mailer boxes start at 100 units, so a new label or a limited drop can order custom packaging without a large run.
Materials, Printing and Finishes
Custom mailer boxes are one-piece corrugated boxes with an attached lid and tuck closure. E-flute (1.2 to 2 mm) is the common choice, and B-flute (2.5 to 3 mm) suits bulkier or heavier garments. Exteriors are white or brown kraft.
Print in CMYK on the outside, the inside or both, with no extra charge for adding colors. Protect the print with a water-based varnish or lamination.
Share your folded garment dimensions and the number of items per box, and we will suggest the right size and board.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which box is best for shipping clothes?
A corrugated mailer box is made for shipping and can be printed inside and out. Lighter soft goods can go in a poly mailer, gift sets suit a tray and sleeve box, and small items suit a folding carton. Tell us what you ship and we will recommend one.
How do I size a box for folded clothing?
Fold the garment the way you pack it, then measure the length, width and height of the folded stack, in that order. Send those with the number of items per order. Our measuring guide shows which side is which, and a structural sample lets you test the fit.
Should I choose E-flute or B-flute?
E-flute (1.2 to 2 mm) is a frequently chosen option for most clothing. B-flute (2.5 to 3 mm) suits bulkier or heavier items. Tell us what you ship and we will recommend the right one.
Can I print inside the mailer box?
Yes. Custom mailer boxes can be printed inside, outside or both, so the unboxing is part of your brand.
Can I add hang tags, stickers and cards?
Yes. Hang tags, stickers and labels and cards and flyers finish the order. Many brands use a printed card to share care instructions or a discount code.
Can I change the design for each season?
Yes. Keep one plain or brand-color box all year and add seasonal touches with a printed packaging sleeve, a sticker or a card. See our guide to seasonal packaging without reprinting boxes.
