How We Help

Call, email or use the form to ask about a product, request a quote or get help with your artwork. We can help you choose a box type, check your measurements, explain minimum order quantities and production time, and point you to the right sample. Design support, proofing and 3D preview are free.

How fast do you reply?

We reply to every message and quote request within 1 business day. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT.

Can I send my artwork with my message?

Yes. You can attach up to 5 files of 20 MB each with the form. If you do not have artwork yet, free design support is included, and we send a proof for your approval before production.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. The Standard Sample Kit is $50 with shipping included, and the Samples page lists the other sample types, such as digital print proofs, structural samples and press proofs.

Where do you ship?

Quotes include shipping within the United States and Canada. Taxes, import duties and remote-area surcharges are not included. Outside the United States and Canada, the shipping cost is shown in your quote.

How long does an order take?

Production usually takes 5–7 working days, plus 4–5 working days for delivery. It starts once your artwork is approved and payment is received. Larger or more complex orders can take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote. See the turnaround guide.

How do I pay after I get a quote?

You can pay by invoice, payment link, PayPal or bank transfer once you approve the quote.
