Turn Around Time

When can I expect to receive my order?

Your order reaches you after four steps: your quote is approved and your artwork is ready, we produce the packaging, we prepare it for shipping, and the carrier delivers it. This page explains how long each step takes and what you can do to keep the schedule on track.

Production Timeline

Our standard production process begins once your quote is approved, payment is received and the artwork is approved. This process typically ranges from 5 to 7 working days. For orders of a larger volume, the production period may be longer. We advise reaching out to us for precise confirmation on your order's timeline.

Expedited Service

If you need your order sooner, we offer an expedited service for orders shipping within the United States and Canada. It combines rush production with express shipping. We check each order first, the extra cost is quoted per order, and the delivery date is confirmed in your quote. See rush orders.

Shipping Preparation

After finalizing production and conducting quality assurance, we coordinate with our logistics partners to prepare your order for shipping. The timeframe for your order to be collected and loaded for transportation can vary from 1 to 5 days.

Delivery

Every quote price includes shipping within the United States and Canada. Delivery within the United States usually takes 4–5 working days after production, depending on the carrier and your location, and we share the estimate with your quote. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Estimated International Shipping Times

Following the loading of your order onto the chosen mode of transport, the estimated delivery times to your specified address are as follows:

Please be aware that upon arrival at the destination port, your shipment will undergo customs clearance. Once cleared, it will proceed to the designated warehouse for the final leg of delivery to your address.

Consequently, tracking updates may only appear once your shipment has reached the warehouse.

How the timeline adds up

Think of your schedule as a chain. Each link follows the one before it:

Production time and delivery time are separate. The 5 to 7 working days cover making your packaging, not the time it spends with the carrier. Most standard orders are made and delivered in 9 to 12 working days (about 2 weeks) after your artwork is approved and payment is received. Larger orders take longer.

What starts the clock

The production clock does not start when you send your quote request, or when you approve the quote. It starts when two things are both done: your artwork is approved and your payment is received. If one of them is waiting, production waits too.

What can make an order take longer

How to plan your date

Count backward from the day you need the packaging. Subtract the delivery time, the shipping preparation time and the production time, using the longer end of each range if the date matters. The result is the day your artwork needs to be approved and your payment made. Add a few days of margin for proof corrections.

If you are launching a product or have a fixed event date, tell us when you request your quote. We can confirm the timeline for your exact order. If your date is tight, read about rush orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 5 to 7 working days. It starts once your artwork is approved and payment is received. Larger or more complex orders can take longer, and we confirm the date in your quote. Delivery usually takes another 4–5 working days, so a typical order arrives in about 2 weeks and larger orders take longer.

When does the production clock start?

It starts when both your artwork is approved and your payment is received. Sending a quote request or approving the quote does not start it by itself.

Does the production time include delivery?

No. Production time covers making your packaging. After that, we prepare your order for shipping, which can take 1 to 5 days, and then the carrier delivers it. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 working days, depending on the carrier and your location, and we share the estimate with your quote. A typical order is made and delivered in about 2 weeks.

How long does a quote take?

We reply to quote requests within 1 business day. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes, for orders shipping within the United States and Canada we offer an expedited service: rush production plus express shipping. We check each order first, the extra cost is quoted per order, and the delivery date is confirmed in your quote. See rush orders for more.

Why do tracking updates appear late on international orders?

Your shipment goes through customs clearance when it arrives at the destination port. Tracking updates may only appear once it has reached the warehouse for the final leg of delivery.
