At PacksDo, we offer safe and reliable shipping for custom packaging orders across the United States and Canada. Customers in these regions may qualify for free shipping, depending on the product, order size, and delivery details.
For orders shipping outside the United States and Canada, a shipping fee may apply. The exact cost will be shared with your quote or order details before production begins.
Standard Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is typically 7 to 14 business days after the final digital proof has been approved. Production begins only once the artwork and order details are confirmed.
Please note that turnaround time refers to production time and does not always include transit or delivery time.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be returned to PacksDo. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges required to send the order to the corrected address.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not accepted or goes unclaimed by the customer and is returned to PacksDo, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for resending the order.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, PacksDo is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including:
- courier or shipping carrier delays
- weather conditions or natural disruptions
- customs, clearance, or other government-related delays
- inaccurate order information or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
