Straight Tuck End Box
The classic carton: both tuck flaps open on the same side, so products slide in from one direction.
Open the template →Reverse Tuck End Box
Top and bottom flaps open on opposite sides, which suits products that stand upright and boxes packed on a line.
Open the template →Tuck End Box with Window
A straight tuck end box with a window cut in the front panel, so customers can see the product.
Open the template →Tuck End Box with Tube Holder
A tall tuck end carton for tubes: the front panel has a small holder shelf at each end, with an oval hole at the top and a slot at the bottom that hold the tube in place.
Open the template →Seal End Box
A carton whose ends close with overlapping flaps that are glued, so no tuck tab is needed. Common for machine-filled products.
Open the template →Reverse Tuck End Box with Lock
A reverse tuck end carton with a small locking tab on each wide panel, so the closed lids stay shut more firmly.
Open the template →Sloped Top Reverse Tuck End Box
A tuck end carton whose top slopes from the back down to the front, so the box leans forward on the shelf and the front panel is easy to read.
Open the template →Bookend Box
A carton with tuck lids at both short ends and an extra wrap-around lid panel, so the long side opens like a book and locks with a finger tab.
Open the template →Tuck End Box with Tear Strip
A tuck end carton with a perforated tear strip across the flap above the front panel, and a stepped locking bottom.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the dieline templates free?
Yes. Type your size, check the preview and download the file. There is nothing to pay and no sign-up.
Can I send this file straight to print?
Treat it as a starting point for your artwork layout. Board thickness is not compensated, and exact flap sizes depend on the production line. After you request a quote and share your dimensions, we create the final dieline and you approve it, together with your artwork, before production begins. A structural sample lets you test the fit first.
How do I measure my product?
Measure the longest, widest and tallest points of the product, in that order: length, width, height, and allow a little room if it must slide in and out. Our measuring guide shows which side is which.
Which file should I download?
PDF opens in Illustrator, Acrobat and any PDF viewer. SVG opens in Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity and Figma. DXF is for CAD and die-making software. In all three the file is real size. The cut and crease lines (and the perforation lines, where a style has them) are on separate layers in the SVG and DXF files, and are separate colors in the PDF. The bleed line (orange) appears only when you choose a bleed. The measurement lines you see in the preview help you check the size; they are not in the downloaded files unless you tick "Add size labels to the file".
What sizes can I enter?
Each measurement can be between 15 and 800 mm (0.6 to 31.5 in). For anything outside that range, or a different structure, request a quote and we will draw it for you.
Need a different box or a custom size?
Share your dimensions and we will draw the dieline for you.
